Alice Guan

In her role with CPR3, Alice is working on a landscape review of the social and economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Alice has been working at UCSF since 2015, on various projects related to health and social equity. Prior to joining the Department of Epidemiology in 2018 as a PhD student, she worked in the Department of Psychiatry on several projects focusing on tobacco disparities in Asian American communities. Her current dissertation research focuses on understanding how stigmatizing policies can impact sexual minority health behaviors across the life course. Outside of work, Alice loves live theater, hiking, doing crafts, and being a plant mom.
