Executive Director, First 5 Fresno County
As Executive Director, Fabiola is focused on having First 5 Fresno County come alongside public, private, and community benefit organizations that share our vision of optimal health and well-being for babies and their families. Fabiola is a firm believer in the notion that raising healthy, thriving children only happens when the adults that care for them have all they need to thrive themselves. She knows challenges will always exist, so it’s up to us to find solutions together to make Fresno County the best place to raise a family.
Fabiola also serves as the Vice President for the First 5 Association of California’s Board where she helps lead the network of 58 First 5 county commissions to
embrace being an integral component of our state’s early childhood system of care. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a master’s degree in public administration from California State University, Fresno. Fabiola is proud of her first-generation immigrant background, which she shares in common with many families in California’s Central Valley.
